I’m doing preliminary work for an upcoming lesson on the four marks of the Catholic Church.   Here is the lesson as it develops.

UV Beads: Bible Lessons

 I just got a batch of UV beads from Temu.  Kids love them.  So I’m working backwards.  What lesson could I use and incorporate UV, color-changing beads?  Heavenly Bodies lesson and video below uses UV beads and little prescription bottles.  When I teach Noah’s Ark, I give out UV beads and pipe cleaners to make simple bracelets to remember the rainbow symbolizes God’s promise not to destroy the world again with water.  You can use UV beads to make Sacrifice Bead Bracelets, too.  Let’s add a little more fun to all of our lessons.

Valentine’s Day Pop-up

 Today, after Mass, in the Fellowship Hall, I saw a family friend playing with her Valentine’s craft. Our church is just that cool, right?  I tracked down the craft, Valentine’s Day Jesus Pop-up Craft kit.  It’s out of stock, now.  However, it makes for great inspiration, doesn’t it?
